If you're unhappy with your item, you can return it unused in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. We cannot refund shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent to you by mistake.  Please email us at info@qwickcraft.com for return authorization before shipping your return.  Refunds are only issued after the item is received back in good condition. 
If your item was damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund to your order. Send us an email at info@qwickcraft.com with a photograph of the damaged packaging and item.
